Thousands&nbsp;lined the banks of the Peconic River in Riverhead Saturday to watch as dozens of makeshift boats, made of cardboard and duct tape, competed against each other&nbsp;in a number of races. The highlight of the competition was the supervisor&#39;s race between&nbsp;Southampton and Riverhead. NewsdayTV&#39;s Drew Scott reports.
