Eugene Nickerson Beach Skate Park

Lido Boulevard, Lido Beach, nassaucountyny.gov, 516-571-7701. Hours Daily 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Season through Thanksgiving, reopens in March. Skateboards and in-line skates only. Features 7 ramps, 2 railings for skateboarders, quarter-pipe rails, halfpipe, square grind rail, 3-by-8 spine, wedge, grinding steps. Waivers and helmets required. Elbow and knee pads recommended. Greenport Skate Park

Red Creek Skate Park

Red Creek Park, 102 Old Riverhead Rd., Hampton Bays, 631-728-8585, southamptontownny.gov/366/skate-parks. Hours 3-7 p.m. Mon., Thur., Fri.; noon-7 p.m. Sat.-Sun.; closed Tue.-Wed. Season Through Dec., March-June. Obstacles and jumps for skateboarders. Helmets, full pads required; waivers required for minors. Fee Residents $40 for season or $5 a day; nonresidents $50 season or $10 a day.
