Tuesday, Nov. 15
Pressed Apron Leaves

"Pocahontas -- The Peace Maker"

This one-hour ballet brings to life the story of a young girl, Pocahontas, who believed in peace between Native Americans and English colonists. Dancers perform classical ballet to a variety of music, including songs based on American Indian melodies.

Hearty Thanksgiving Feast

1863 Thanksgiving Celebration

Take a step back in history and enjoy an old-fashioned Thanksgiving feast with everything from wood-burning stoves, beehive stoves and ovens, and hearths which are used to prepare the foods and baked goods made from 19th century recipes. Each afternoon, historical musical programs are offered and at the Noon Inn, children's stories will be read several times a day.

Sagtikos Manor Historical Society is holding its first Gingerbread Competition.
