New York-based fashion designer Alexander Wang has revealed that he will be partnering with H&M to release a new collection.

Wang made the announcement via Instagram, posting a video featuring a scoreboard clock counting down to the line's release date. He then celebrated with a party at Coachella.

“I am honored to be a part of H&M’s designer collaborations. The work with their team is an exciting, fun process," he said in a press release. "They are very open to push boundaries and to set a platform for creativity."

The collection, which will hit stores Nov. 6, is Wang's first collaboration.

Wang told Women's Wear Daily that it's too early to release many details about the line, but we're sure it will be chic.

In the past, H&M has also patterned with big-name designers like Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Versace and Lanvin.
