Desigual's Cirque du Soleil-inspired Zarinne dress, in all-cotton, $119, at Desigual stores, Manhattan; and desigual.com.

The circus is in town—or, make that the cirque—as in Cirque du Soleil, those freakishly flexible and creative acrobats, who’ll be at the Desigual store in SoHo on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, interacting with customers, and encouraging you to buy cool items from Desigual’s Cirque-inspired line. And you get a deal if you do.

The “Cirque-y” collection includes clothing and accessories for women, men and kids, priced $70 to $140.  (The cotton Desigual Zarinne dress, pictured here, is $119.)  Buy something from the Cirque line and you get a free Cirque du Soleil tee.  Make a purchase of $500 or more (including at least two Cirque-line products) and you’ll get a pair of tickets to see the new Cirque show, “Totem,” at Citi Field between now and May 12. (They've got five pairs of tix to give away.  The show, which debuted in 2010, has played across Europe and parts of North America but this is its first appearance in the New York area.)

The super-hot, super-flex cast will be in the downtown store from noon to 2 p.m. (but the promotion keeps running till Sunday, April 28, 2013).
