Our Lady of Mercy Academy, operated in Syosset by the Sisters of Mercy, opened in 1928 with just seven students. Today, as it celebrates its 90th anniversary, the school has more than 400 students and what administrators call a promising future. On Thursday, May 24, 2018, students and faculty spoke about how the school strengthens their faith and how they are thriving in an all-girl environment.
