There's a sharp, new show under way opposite the Paramount, and it takes form in Acacia , a high energy restaurant with style, music and excellent seafood. This enormous spot is full-flavored and fun, with a DJ three nights a week and a guitarist every Wednesday. If you don't come for the atmosphere, do come for the food -- you won't be let down.
