Amarelle in Wading River: Cooking with love

The chefs at Amarelle, the New American eatery in Wading River, will hold a cooking class on Sunday geared to Valentine's Day.
Lia Fallon, Martial Boffy and pastry chef Kelly Donlon will conduct the Feb. 12 session, which goes from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The cost is $150 and includes a four-course lunch with wine pairing that begins at 2 p.m. For an additional $75, you may have your Valentine join you for lunch.
Amarelle earned a 2½ star rating in Newsday.
