Bobby's Burger Palace and Classic American: Bodacious burgers

Burgers aren’t what I usually gravitate to in my free time, when I strive for relatively healthy eating. But, driven by a fierce craving, I ended up ordering burgers twice in a single week. And scoring major satisfaction.
While shopping at Roosevelt Field, a friend and I decided to try the new Bobby’s Burger Palace, which, despite being inside the mall, is only accessible by an outdoor entrance. Once inside, I ordered the "L.A." burger, one topped with avocado relish, Cheddar, watercress and tomato ($7.75). It came rare, as ordered, and proved delicious beyond expectation.
Later the same week, I ended up at Classic American in West Babylon, a Gordon Ramsay “Kitchen Nightmares” makeover. One bite of the juicy and delectable “cheese and heat” burger ($10) sent me into another zone. The topping was as messy as it was wondrous: fresh jalapenos, a sort of slaw made of shredded lettuce and “secret sauce,” Cheddar and Muenster.
Both burgers worth every oozy, drippy bite.
