Buoy One sails into Westhampton

Buoy One, the Riverhead seafood restaurant-market, has a new location in Westhampton, in the space formerly occupied by Tierra Mar. Owner Dave Girard said that since the establishment opened in late December, “Friday and Saturdays have been very busy; weeknights haven’t been too bad either.”
The Riverhead store has about 10 tables and a thriving fish market, but in Westhampton, it’s a proper restaurant, with about 150 seats and a full bar. With a larger kitchen, Girard said he will be doing more meat dishes in Westhampton. Otherwise the menu, and the very reasonable prices, will be the same at both places.
Riverhead stalwart Funcho’s has already opened in Westhampton Beach. Now Buoy One. What is it going to take to get Stu Feldschu to open a branch of Snowflake there?
