The Capital Grille at Roosevelt Field, known for its juicy steaks, has added four gourmet burgers to its beefy menu.

The national chain's new burgers are 8-oz. Waygu beef productions, served on brioche buns. And they all come with Parmesan-truffle dusted fries.

A Gorgonzola cheese-topped burger is finished with black-truffle butter and balsamic vinegar-glazed red onions. It's dressed with arugula and tomato. $19.

The "Kona Crusted" burger gets a boost from the house's decaffeinated coffee rub before it's dressed with bibb lettuce, tomato and shallot mayo. $17.

Havarti cheese and a mix of roasted shiitake, oyster and cremini mushrooms are added to the third burger, along with bibb lettuce and tomato. $18.

And the Wagyu cheeseburger completes the quartet. Havarti cheese on top plus a sunny-side up egg,  crisp onions and bibb lettuce. $18.

The Capital Grille also serves a lobster-and-crab burger for $22; and a 9-oz. chopped sirloin burger with smoked bacon and sweet onions for $18.
