Family-style pizzeria Eatalia Pizza Cafe opens in Huntington

Eatalia Pizza Cafe has opened in the Huntington storefront that for 15 years was 34 New St. It shares ownership with Junior's Pizza in Halesite and Al Marco Italian Grill, the white-tablecloth restaurant a few blocks away on Wall Street.

The new restaurant comprises a counter-serve pizzeria and a modern dining room devoted to family-style Italian dining.

Salads, soups, heroes, wraps, panini, and a few pastas and Parms are available at the pizzeria. In the dining room, Italian-American standards rule: rigatoni alla vodka ($23 for family style, $18 for individual), shrimp fra diavolo ($29, $22), lasagna  ($25, $19), chicken scarpariello ($29, $22), veal Marsala ($31, $24), sole Francese ($28, $21).
