It is only a little sliver of a restaurant, but Wild Honey in Port Washington can rightfully claim a big share of the dining scene along Main Street. “I eat here at least once a week,” says Suzanne Boutros of Glen Cove. It’s the farm-raised salmon, pan seared, that keeps her coming back. Chef Roberto Baez also does well with smoky mussels and pork. "The pork shank is phenomenal with that saffron orzo.” says Bart Davis of Washington.
Host Meredith Daniels takes the Feed Me crew into the back kitchen to see how each of these famous dishes are made to order. And mussels and pork aren’t the only stars at Wild Honey. Chicken and salmon are making appearances in this week’s video as well.

An offspring of the successful Oyster Bay restaurant of the same name, Wild Honey fills the storefront on Main Street with all sorts of regional American fare. So claim one of the 32 seats and start checking out the menu.
