Hamptons Standard, a casual restaurant and bar with a separate market, is slated to open in Hampton Bays on Sunday.

It's the offspring of Centro Trattoria & Bar, also in Hampton Bays. Both are owned by local restaurateur Salvatore Biundo.

The new spot will feature an all-day, grab-and-go market with hot meals, a salad bar, made-to-order fare, and prepared dinners, including dishes as varied as poke and pizza. The restaurant part plans farm-to-table dining.

Hamptons Standard will operate a wood-burning griill as well as an oven and rotisserie fueled the same way. There will be outdoor seating on the patio. Craft beers and local wines are expected to be served.

The grab-and-go market is scheduled to open a day later, on Monday, and will be open every day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
