Hazuki Japanese Fusion comes to Glen Cove

The new Hazuki Japanese Fusion is secreted away in a corner of a Glen Cove strip mall. It occupies the former digs of Hundred Roll Sushi, next to the Chase bank.

On sushi chef-owner Tank Gao’s roster of raw items: Tuna tataki ($10), a rainbow roll ($11), sashimi deluxe ($22) and chirashi ($18). Cooked items include tofu teriyaki ($14), pork katsu ($14) and, from a recently added list of Thai items, Thai green curry with shrimp ($13) and pad Thai with chicken and vegetables $9.50. The place also has a Japanese salad bar.
