Indian Fusion in Jericho: Cotillion Lounge

For years, the Cotillion catering hall in Jericho also housed an Indian restaurant, Dhaba, situated off the building's lobby. Now, that space has been remodeled and reborn as an Indian-Chinese-Thai fusion spot, the Cotillion Lounge.
Drawn by the flags flying out front, I pulled into the parking lot and went in to have a look. I found a room both small and chic, done in a cool ice blue. Its menu looked both varied and moderately priced. From the roster of Indian specialties: chicken vindaloo ($12.95), a Malabar fish curry ($16.95) and shrimp biryani ($15.95). Among the dishes labeled “Chinese-Thai fusion: Szechuan shrimp ($15.95), Thai basil ginger chicken ($12.95) and Hakka noodles with vegetables ($8.95).
Added attraction: an attractive outdoor patio.
