If you’ve got a Delta flight booked out of LaGuardia, you may want to plan your day’s eating around it. A huge makeover (with a chef-driven culinary component) is under way in Delta's main terminal. As work continues, these four restaurants are up and running:
Bisoux, a full-service Provençal-inspired bistro whose menu was crafted by chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson, the pair behind Balthazar, Pastis, Schiller’s and Minetta Tavern in Manhattan.
Prime Tavern, a table-service steakhouse, the creation of chef Michael Lomonaco of Porterhouse in Manhattan.
Tagliare, a classic New York pizza place whose menu comes from Dominick De Marco of the famed DiFara Pizza in Brooklyn.
Custom Burgers by Pat LaFrieda, from one of the city’s foremost meat purveyors, offering burgers (and all the fixings) as well as milk shakes.
The finished terminal will include more restaurants as well as a wine bar and coffee bars. A food hall will offer more "express" options. Watch for updates and more openings.
