Long Beach Chamber of Commerce Restaurant Week aims to give the concurrent Long Island Restaurant Week a run for the money.
For one thing, the Long Beach event, which lasts for two weeks, starts on Friday, April 24, two days earlier than Long Island Restaurant Week, and runs a week later, ending on Saturday, May 9.
For another thing, Long Beach gives diners a cheaper deal, with prix fixe meals costing $21.95 — and under — as opposed to the $27.95 price of a three-course meal during Long Island Restaurant Week.
Long Beach participants include Corazon de Cuba, Lola’s Kitchen and Sugo Café, among others. You can get the complete list of participants at the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce website.
