Long Island's best Asian restaurants

As we continue to highlight the best restaurants LI has to offer, this week we turn our focus to Asian eateries.

Long Island is home to a great variety of options, but, as our restaurant critics note, "only a handful have stayed true to national and regional culinary traditions."

The best of the best were culled by Peter M. Gianotti, Erica Marcus and Joan Reminick for their collection of the 10 best Asian restaurants, serving the cuisines of China, Thailand, India and Vietnam.
