Mirabelle restaurant will be roasting pork on Aug. 29.

The end-of-summer pig roast includes unlimited wine, beer and sangria, plus live music. The cost: $55 for adults, $20 for children younger than 12 years old. Mirabelle is situated in the Three Village Inn in Stony Brook. The roast starts at 6 p.m.

The Friday dinner features roast suckling pig, barbecued spareribs, southern-style fried chicken, blackened catfish, and sweet and spicy chicken wings. Side dishes include pork and dried fruit-stuffed apples, roasted potatoes with herbs and garlic, baked beans, beet salad, fish salad, corn on the cob, market greens with mustard vinaigrette, bean salad and grits with bacon.

Desserts range from apple and blueberry pie to upside-down peach cake, an ice cream bar and fruit salad.

There also will be a station for chicken fingers and hot dogs for children.
