As winter’s icy grip loosens, thoughts turn to warm weather pursuits. So, what could be more tempting than a drive to the East End for a fried clam and lobster roll fix?
Handy to know, then, that starting next Friday, The Clam Bar in Amagansett will open for the season — but only on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from noon to 6 p.m., weather permitting. Which means not in the rain. Or snow. Or on a Thursday.
