A quick FYI: The new Port Washington branch of the three-month-old Big Apple Barbeque Restaurant in Glen Cove is up and smoking in the Main Street digs where Bad Bob's used to be.
Bear in mind that the original Bad Bob's on the waterfront (86 Orchard Beach Blvd., Manorhaven, 516-883-3330) is still open this summer, if that's the 'cue you're looking for.
