Get ready to work some chopsticks: The storefront once occupied by Green Tasty (and before that Paradise Island Vietnamese Cuisine) is now – most appropriately — home to a pan-Asian restaurant.
Zen Asian Bistro & Sushi opened last Monday in newly renovated digs. The menu – with Chinese, Japanese and Thai influences – offers such choices as General Tso’s chicken, shrimp with Thai basil sauce and miso black cod. From the sushi bar, you can go plain (sashimi) or fancy (a “Sunshine” roll, comprising eel and crabmeat topped with scallops and chef’s “special” sauce.)
