Organico, a two-star restaurant in Port Washington, is closed and unlikely to reopen there.

It’s the fourth eatery in recent years at the address.

The Main Street spot has been shut for more than a week.

Sources familiar with the restaurant’s management said Organico isn’t expected to open again on the site, but that its ownership may seek another location.

The owner of Organico could not be reached for comment. And the telephone at the 75 Main St. restaurant is not working, either.

Organico specialized, as the name suggests, in organic fare. The sleek restaurant’s better dishes included beef “lollipops,” or meatballs; fried calamari; linguine alla carbonara; sesame tuna; a grilled pork porterhouse; and steaks and burgers using Painted Hills beef.

Previous occupants included the central Asian restaurant, Kazan (2012); internationalist Innuendo (2011); and Big Apple BBQ (2010).
