Sake Asian: Sushi and fusion fare in West Babylon

The influx of Asia fusion restaurants into the Long Island dining scene continues unabated. Sake Asian is one of the newest contenders, taking over — and renovating — the small strip mall space that once hosted Singha Thai.
An elaborate sushi menu features such choices as sushi pizza ($10), yellowtail seviche ($10), a golden spider roll ($12) and a deep fried oyster roll ($6), as well as a sushi dinner entree ($20) and chirashi ($20).
From the list of Asian options comes Thai basil steak ($17) and Mongolian beef ($15). You can also get such Japanese entrees as tofu teriyaki ($12) and beef negimaki $16).
