Chef Heather West, who won season 2 of "Hell's Kitchen" now takes the lead at Schafer's in Port Jefferson. The picturesque restaurant serves up seafood as its main fare, and most dishes make for dependable meals. With a little help in staff and service, this dining spot would be a major improvement.
