Star Fish Cafe in Amityville closes

Recently departed from the Amityville food front is Star Fish Book Cafe, a homey little Amityville eatery with a Christian bookstore and an evening music scene.
Its chef, Kevin Cahalan, was a skillful sandwich-maker whose BLT was included on Newsday’s list of Long Island’s best. Cahalan also baked the biscotti and cakes served at the cafe.
