Suburban Eats, the popular Route 110 take-out deli and caterer, has linked with T. Weiss Realty Corp. to offer cafe-style restaurants in the real estate company's four office buildings in Melville.

The restaurants are open to the public. They're situated in the lobbies of 324 S. Service Rd. and 330 S. Service Rd. of the Long Island Expressway; 532 Broadhollow Rd., and 105 Maxess Rd.

These cafes offer hot breakfast fare, such as omelets, quesadillas and baked goods, from 8 to 11 a.m. Monday to Friday; panini, sandwiches, wraps, hamburgers, soups, hot-food specials and grab-and-go salads, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Ted Weiss, chief executive of T. Weiss, said adding "a quality food service" works for employees eating on the premises, or taking food home. Timothy Caras, co-owner and chef at Suburban Eats, said the new cafes will allow the company to reach new customers, too.
