Tillie's in Montauk now serving a warm, spicy lobster roll

The traditional Maine-style lobster salad roll at Tillie's in Montauk is one of Long Island's best.
It now has a companion that's just as flavorful, with a little kick: a warm, savory version on a brioche bun with a generous portion of lobster that's seasoned and bound with spicy, Sriracha-sparked mayonnaise. The mayo heightens the taste and doesn't overwhelm the lobster, either. A basket of potato chips comes with the $22 roll, which is offered at lunch, brunch and dinner. Tillie's also sends out an excellent New England-style clam chowder for $9 and a refreshing watermelon salad for $14.
