The 1770 House, one of East Hampton's top restaurants, has welcomed spring by extending its $35 fixed-price menu and Thursday specials.

Chef Michael Rozzi's three-course, prix fixe will be available Sunday to Thursday in the main dining room and the tavern. You also may choose from the regular menu.

Early spring selections include spicy Montauk fluke with pickled cucumber; warm mushroom salad with arugula, Serrano ham and Gruyere cheese; asparagus and hot smoked salmon salad with egg from Mattituck's Browder's Birds; and watercress with feta, potatoes and watermelon radish.

The Thursday night specials take in $17.70 meatloaf, hamburger and pizza, with Soave and malbec wines at $9 per glass.

These specials will be offered until June 11.
