Finally, a Saturday weather forecast that doesn’t call for rain. With a high predicted in the mid to upper 70s  for tomorrow, all thoughts turn to sunshine. And outdoor eating.

Turkuaz Grill, Riverhead
At the porch or patio of this authentic Turkish restaurant, you can catch some rays, a view of the Peconic river and a satisfying lunch. Try the house-made pide -- a savory stuffed pastry with spinach ($8.95), a Mediterranean salad ($9.95) or a sandwich of house-made doner gyro ($5.99).

Catfish Max, Seaford
Lunch launches at noon at this waterside spot which has deck seating by the canal-like Tideway River. Have a chopped salad ($11), a blackened catfish wrap ($13) or a soup and sandwich combo ($13).

Wall's Wharf, Bayville
It doesn’t get more outdoorsy than this beachfront restaurant where you can get a table on the upper or lower deck, or even in the sand. On the lunch menu are a beer-braised sandwich with a chipotle BBQ sauce ($13), a truffle horseradish salmon wrap ($15) and a sesame-seared ahi tuna salad ($17).
