A search of the Google Play store (for Android devices) or the iTunes store (for Apple phones and tablets) turns up several choices. Among the highest rated by users are Smart Magnifier (Android; free), Your Magnifier (Android; free), Magnifying Glass With Light (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad; free) and Over 40 Magnifier and Flashlight (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad; $1.99).
