A former paralegal at a Lynbrook construction company has been sentenced to 2 to 6 years in prison for embezzling more than $900,000 from the company over a six-year period, prosecutors said.

Linda Minervini, 54, will also have to pay $456,617.15 in restitution under terms of the sentence imposed Wednesday in County Court in Mineola, according to Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas.

Her husband, Thomas Cacaci Jr., 38, was sentenced in August to make $456,657.95 in restitution, the prosecutor said.

Both defendants pleaded guilty in June to grand larceny in the second degree, Singas said.

The embezzlement took place between October 2009 and November 2015, when it was discovered by the company, Singas said. She did not identify the company.

In addition to spending the money on a Las Vegas time share, the defendants also spent it on expenses related to Cacaci’s parents’ Las Vegas home, household furnishings, automobiles, legal fees, airline tickets, hotel lodging and other daily living expenses, officials said.

The couple live in Las Vegas, but had lived in Queens, the prosecutor said.
