Suffolk County police are searching for two men who they said stole prescription medication during an armed robbery at a CVS store in West Islip early Thursday.

Police said the robbery, at the pharmacy at 499 Montauk Hwy., occurred at about 4:10 a.m.

There were no injuries.

According to Major Case Unit detectives, one of the suspects displayed a handgun during the robbery and the two suspects fled in a vehicle.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
