A man running a booth at a Levittown flea market on Tuesday faces weapons charges after Nassau County police said they found him with a loaded handgun and other illegal weapons, including daggers, swords and electronic stun guns.

Glenn S. Sable, 67, of 651 Shore Rd., Long Beach, is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead on 12 counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon

The arrest was the result of an undercover investigation by Narcotic/Vice Bureau detectives and officers from the Criminal Intelligence Rapid Response Team at the Tri-County Flea Market at 3401 Hempstead Tpke.

From his G.S. Cutlery sales booth, Sable sold a switchblade knife and throwing stars to undercover detectives, police said.

Police then found him with other weapons, including the loaded Ruger 380 handgun, gravity knives, metal knuckles, expandable batons and blackjacks, according to a news release.
