Nassau County Police respond to a report of a stabbing early Sunday outside a home on Hempstead Boulevard in Uniondale. Credit: Jim Staubitser

Two people were hospitalized with unspecified injuries following a home invasion early Sunday in Uniondale, Nassau police said.

The home invasion occurred at 3:20 a.m. inside a residence on 685 Hempstead Boulevard, police said.

Both victims were expected to survive and the incident remains under investigation, police said.
