Juan Adriano Infante, 21, of Woodside, Queens, was arrested Monday, June 6, 2016, on a grand larceny charge after he stole $69,000 worth of Chanel perfume from the Macy's in Manhasset while working as a loss-prevention associate at the store, Nassau County police said. Credit: NCPD

Nassau County police on Monday arrested a Macy’s security guard they say stole $69,000 worth of Chanel perfume from the department store.

Juan Adriano Infante, 21, of Woodside, Queens, took boxes of the perfume between May 13 and 15, when he was working as a loss-prevention associate at the chain’s Manhasset location at 1100 Northern Blvd., according to police.

Infante was arrested at home and charged with grand larceny. He will be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.

Police would not release details of the theft Monday night, citing an ongoing investigation.
