Five taxi employees cheated their company out of about $158,000 over five years by keeping customers’ rides off the books, Nassau police said.

A receptionist and four drivers were arrested Wednesday on conspiracy and other charges after stealing fares from All Island Taxi in Rockville Centre between January 2011 and February 2016, police said.

Detectives also expect to arrest a dispatcher, police said.

The workers involved in the conspiracy would refrain from recording calls and trips in the company’s business records and split the money, police said.

Detectives started investigating after a 39-year-old victim filed a complaint, police said. A police spokeswoman declined to specify the victim’s connection to the taxi company.

An All Island Taxi manager was not immediately available for comment Wednesday night.

Arrested were receptionist Kristine Vlasaty-Ramacca, 52, of Island Park; and drivers James Ramacca, 58, of Island Park, Edmund Bonavoglia, 69, of Rockville Centre, Vincent Pecora, 65, of Baldwin and Vincent Bochilo, 75, of Oceanside.

Each was charged with second-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records and fourth-degree conspiracy. They were to be arraigned Thursday in First District Court in Hempstead.
