DIANE SCHULER TO BLAME

There is no evidence to implicate anyone, including Schuler's husband Daniel, in the crash, except for Diane Schuler herself. 

NO MEDICAL ISSUES.

Schuler's liver and other organs showed no obvious damage caused by chronic alcoholism. The autopsy also found no other underlying medical conditions. 

SOBER AT CAMP.

There is no evidence that Schuler drank or did drugs the night before the crash or at any time before she left the Hunter Lake Campground in upstate Sullivan County between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on July 26. 

SOBER AT STORE.

A convenience store clerk who saw Schuler at about 11 a.m., when she unsuccessfully tried to buy over-the counter pain medication (the store was out of the medicine), described her as sober. 

BRYAN NOT INTERVIEWED.

Police have not interviewed the only survivor who saw Schuler in the minivan that day, son Bryan, 5, who is recovering from head injuries. It is not clear if the boy's father will allow a police interview. 

VODKA MYSTERY.

The vodka bottle found in the minivan may have been kept by the family in their trailer at the campsite. Police said it is still unclear how the bottle ended up in the car.
