Kim Taylor quilts pages for her new children's book, 'A Flag for Juneteenth'

When Kim Taylor learned about Juneteenth, she created a quilt depicting the emancipation of enslaved Blacks in Texas. That piece prompted her to write her children's book, "A Flag for Juneteenth."
