Winner: Arthur M. Katz

Arthur M. Katz of Jericho has been named Man of the Year by the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, based on his dedication to Long Island's real estate industry and its environmental efforts. Katz is president of Knockout Pest Control in Uniondale and is a past president of the New York State Pest Management Association. He has also been a board member of the National Pest Management Association, president of the Uniondale Chamber of Commerce, president of Temple Or Elohim in Jericho and a member of the Tam O'Shanter Club in Brookville.
