Bob Gulinello of Islip Terrace has received the Robert Marcus Memorial Award from the New York State Professional Process Servers Association in recognition of his "dedicated service, visionary insight and focused leadership" for the organization. Gulinello is a chief investigator for Serving by Irving, a Manhattan-based process serving and investigation firm. He is also a founder and past president of the association, a founder of the National Association of Professional Process Servers and the author of "Notes from My Car," a column circulated in various trade publications.
