Sue Fitzpatrick of Dix Hills recently received the President's Award from the Greater Long Island Running Club based on her dedication and service to the organization. Fitzpatrick is the club's deputy administrator and marketing manager and is in charge of advertising for Long Island Footnotes, the club's annual running and racing calendar and monthly magazine. She is also captain of the club's male and female racing teams and coordinator of volunteers for the Marcum Workplace Challenge, an annual 3.5-mile run/walk at Jones Beach, and the Runner's Edge Town of Oyster Bay Triathlon.
