A third Baldwin man was arrested Friday night in a Plainview burglary that occurred in February, police said.

Nassau County police said Roy Wilson, 19, of 662 Rose Blvd., was arrested Friday night on charges of first degree burglary, as well as multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.

Police found him at 7:45 p.m. Friday on Atlantic Avenue in Baldwin. He was placed under arrest without incident, according to a police statement.

He was to be arraigned Saturday morning at First District Court in Hempstead.

In February, officers responding to the report of a suspicious vehicle observed two men breaking into and entering a house on Felice Lane in Plainview, and arrested them as they fled, police said.

Jahvis P. Williams, 19, of 837 Jefferson St., Baldwin, and Erwin Ulysse, 20, of 1483 Matheron Ave., Baldwin, were arrested and charged with first-degree burglary and possession of burglar's tools. Ulysse also was charged with second-degree burglary, police said.
