A 27-year-old man was arrested for public lewdness after he allegedly exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl in Valley Stream on Tuesday evening, according to Nassau police.

Estarlin Torres Garcia, was inside a 2019 Nissan Sentra when he drove up next to the teen on Emerson Place near Prague Street at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, police said in a statement.

Garcia, of Freeport, allegedly flashed and inappropriately touched himself inside the car before driving away, police said. 

Police later identified and tracked Garcia down. He will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Saturday.
