Nassau County police said Tuesday they are looking for a 12-year-old Inwood girl for the third time in four weeks.

Detectives from the Missing Persons Squad said Gady Pozuelos did not come home after school on Monday.

Previously, police said she was reported missing on March 31 and March 1; each time she was found in the company of her boyfriend, a 15-year-old.

Anyone with more information is asked to call the squad at 516-573-7347 or dial 911. All information will be kept confidential.
