Cuomo endorses Democrat Grechen Shirley against Peter King

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo Sunday backed 2nd Congressional District Democratic Party candidate Liuba Grechen Shirley in her bid to unseat GOP Rep. Peter King, arguing that a Democratic Congress is needed to roll back changes to the federal tax code. At a rally in Massapequa attended by roughly 150 Democratic activists and volunteers, Cuomo charged that House Republicans from New York are "enablers" of the Trump administration agenda.  Credit: James Carbone
