In the wee hours of Wednesday morning, the state Legislature approved Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo’s bill to overhaul the Long Island Power Authority. The Senate approved 63-0; the Assembly 103-34.

While Long Island senators unanimously supported the plan, the Assembly was split, with 13 of 21 Island members favoring it. Here is how the delegation voted:
