A 37-year-old Riverhead man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after he crashed into a parked car in Hampton Bays early Thursday morning, police said.

Renauld Frederick was charged with aggravated DWI after the crash on Montauk Highway at 12:20 a.m.

Southampton Town police said Frederick was driving his 2010 Toyota Camry westbound on Montauk Highway when he lost control -- striking a parked car. It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured.

Police said Frederick faces arraignment in Southampton Town Justice Court.
