New York State Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash on the Southern State Parkway in North Bay Shore, officials said Saturday.

Police said the crash occurred at 3:23 p.m. and all eastbound lanes are closed near Exit 41A, where the road merges with the Sagtikos Parkway.

A State Police spokesperson said the crash remains under investigation.
